• Alignment Assessment (Gap Analysis)

Alignment Assessment is a type of engagement that reviews an initiative (be it at the Project or Program level) and provides a high-level assessment of the overall Alignment of that initiative. An Alignment Index is an excellent indicator of the success (or failure) of the initiative – from a Business point of view.

Based on a combination of interviews and worshops, the assessment helps the client define the targets in terms of goals, objectives, desired end states and demonstrates the gaps between realities (and potentials) vis-a-vis these targets. A recommended course of action forms an integral part of the assessment.

 A typical Gap Analysis would take between 2 weeks to one month, depends on the size and complexity of the initiative. 

The Alignment Assessment engagement is qualified for the Longitek Performance-based Payment Program (LPPP).

• Quality Assessment (Health Check)

Quality Assessment is a type of engagement that reviews an initiative (be it at the Project or Program level) and provides a high-level assessment of the overall Quality of that initiative. A Quality Index is an excellent indicator of the success (or failure) of the initiative – from a Developmental point of view.

Based on a comprehensive checklist of 10 criteria, ranging from the most common (e.g. Clarity of Scope) to the most unusual (e.g. Soundness of Solutions), the assessment helps the client pinpoint the existence of weaknesses in the delivery of outcomes as well as in the management of the delivery process itself.

A typical Health Check would take between one week to one month, depends on the size and complexity of the initiative. 

The Quality Assessment engagement is qualified for the Longitek Performance-based Payment Program (LPPP).

• Readiness Assessment

Readiness Assessment is a type of engagement that reviews an initiative (be it at the Project or Program level) and provides a high-level assessment of the overall Readiness of that initiative, with more details on the Operational aspect. A Readiness Index is an excellent indicator of the success (or failure) of the initiative – from an Operational point of view.

Based on a structured approach that systematically reviews the levels of readiness and acceptance by all constituents from a variety of perspectives, the assessment helps the client identify latent issues in the implementation of outcomes in order to fix them before it is too late.

A typical Readiness Assessment would take between one week to one month, depends on the size and complexity of the initiative.
